Panasonic 4K Tablet

                The new ULTRA-HD 50.8cm(20 inch) Windows 8 tablet from Panasonic surely gave a tough competition to most of the other companies' 4k offerings showcaused at the event.

                  Its IPS Alpha LCD panel features a 3840 x2560 (9.83 milion pixels) resolution - more than twice the horizontal and vertical resolutions of Full HD (1920x1080). With an aspect ratioof 15:10, it can display an A3 size paper in almost full size , making it ideal for showing content such as newspapers and magazines as well as pictures with the same aspect ratio.
               
                   The demo tablet on display at CES ran Windows 8 Pro, and was powered by a 1.8GHz Intel Core i5 3427U vPro processor, with 4GB RAM (expandable to 16GB), as well as dicrete Nvidia GeForce graphics and 128GB SSD.

                    The pen input, with a resolution as high as the panel's , enables natural handwriting on the tablet. Weighing 2.4 Kg and 10.8mm thick, the tablet is easy to carry too.

Samsung S9 - The floating 4k TV

                      Samsung unveils its new 4K TV in CES 2013. Samsung has set a new benchmark in TV size with its 216 cm (85 inch) 4K TV - the world's largest ultra high-definition TV (UHD TV). S9 UHD TV features a pretty industrial design. It appears to be floating within its frame and its Timeless Gallery Frame design "showcases its juxtaposition of a minimalist concept with a large display."

             Samsung's Proprietary up-scaling engine can up-convert HD or Full-HD level picture quality by restoring detail information  to enable greater precision and real-life picture quality.With Samsung's Precision Black Pro technology , S9 delivers deep , real blacks as well as pure vivacious whites. It combines a high contrast ratio and Ultimate dimming control functionality which utilises hundreds of LED blocks and precise BLU control - to deliver sharp resolution previously unseen on large-format displays. In addition , S9 combines a powerful sound system with a fast quad-core processor to ensure a premium experience and multi tasking capabilities between content and apps.

             S9 provides 3-way, 2.2 channel, 120 watt sound for an audio experience six times better than a typical TV.
